The room size was adequate for a short stay. The location was convenient to several metro stops and restaurants. I appreciated the availability of hot drinks and water 24 hours a day. The staff were friendly and helpful .

My Classic Double Room had a comfortable bed and sufficient wardrobe space. The bathroom had a shower and basic amenities. Fresh towels were provided daily. The room was clean upon arrival, though the walls was a little thin.

The hotel provided free coffee and tea in the lobby area, which I found convenient. The elevator was available, though it was a bit slow. I preferred using the stairs. There was no gym. several restaurants were close to the hotel.

This hotel features a convenient location. The bathroom was spacious. It included a separate toilet. The room was fully made up each evening after my day.
The elevator seemed slow. I heard noise through the door, because my room was located beside the janitors closet.

some issues detracted from the stay

the location proved convenient, near the vavin metro station.
The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell. I suspect old sewer lines are to blame. the air conditioning barely worked. we bought a table fan, because it was so hot. water dripped from the bathroom ceiling during my last night. I was told it was condensation from the ac duct.

the staff were so lovely. the location is excellent, i like it. the hotel exceeded my expectations and the prices were great. if you have time walk around for a cool view from the tower montparnasse.
the elevator was super slow. the building is pretty old so you hear sounds with thin walls, thats annoying. my room was by the janitors closet so i heard noise morning and evening, i didn't like that.

i appreciated the proximity to metros. supermarkets and many restaurants are also very close by. many tourist spots are nearly located, i found this convenient. the location helped me.
the fridge was empty. i couldn't even purchase a drink or a small snack, it was a bit inconvenient.
